Criterion 9.2.4.7: the focus state of form input fields is not sufficiently visible.
Criterion 9.3.3.3: in some forms, adequate suggestions for correcting input errors are not provided.
Criterion 9.4.1.2: some interface components do not correctly expose their name, role, or state to assistive technologies.
